Over the last 14 years, Ryan has advised some of the world’s leading brands on how to derive greater value and productivity from all facets of their digital marketing.

Starting his career at leading independent digital agency Profero, where he cut his teeth in all areas of digital marketing, he turned to consulting in 2005 joining Ebiquity where he was instrumental in developing digital auditing in the UK. In 2010, he joined MediaSense to launch their digital practice advising brands on areas such as organisational design, agency search & selection, technology strategy and deployment and digital performance. Spotting a clear need for impartial and transparent advice in the advertising and marketing technology area, he established Stack I/O in 2016.

Regarded as a thought leader and agitator in the media industry, Ryan was recognised in 2011 in MediaWeek’s 30 under 30. He creates comprehensive strategies for UK and multinational brands seeking data and technology driven digital marketing acceleration.

Martin is a digital native having spent the last 13 years in the industry working in London, Sydney and New York. Martin spent six years running business for Yahoo! in APAC, returning to London to take up a Senior Position within their EMEA organisation. From there he moved into nascent technology and data space, joining market leading programmatic technology provider DataXu as VP and Managing Director. Martin led the ‘ground up’ development of DataXu’s European business. His time there included market leading innovation in data analytics and working with early adopter brands looking to bring technology capability ‘in house’.

After three years he moved to New York to run Data Xu’s East Coast operation where he significantly expanded the region. Whilst there he was promoted into the role of Senior Vice President.

Jon joined Stack I/O at the beginning of 2016 and is responsible for building data service offerings for Stack I/O & MediaSense clients. He was previously the Vice President of platform technology at MediaOcean and was founder and Chief Technology Officer at MediaEquals.

MediaEquals is an online booking and trading platform for all flavours of online and offline advertising media. Jon built a variant of the platform for the London 2012 Olympics and successfully traded the UK’s outdoor media inventory to Olympic sponsors and advertisers. With vast knowledge of technology solutions for the media industry and big data structures, Jon supports clients through technology change, designing and deploying systems to suit their ambitions.

Dan is a digital media veteran with over 16 years’ experience gained across agency, consulting and client side environments.

Starting his career in 2000 at MEC and later Universal McCann, Dan pioneered digital strategies across display, search and social media for a number of blue chip brands including Visa, Sony Ericsson and Virgin Atlantic. As consumer marketer lead at Microsoft, he shifted his attention to content marketing, data and technology, establishing their first in-house programmatic trading desk.

Dan is a regular speaker at industry events and is passionate about helping clients implement and govern data driven marketing solutions.

Richard brings over 12 years digital experience having started his career at Digital design and build agency Global Beach where he gained a strong grounding in online advertising, technical development and integrations. Moving to OMD International, he worked with leading global brands including Nissan and Infiniti where he developed pioneering digital strategies using innovative technologies.

Richard later started consulting and now focusses on supporting brands to deliver greater performance through better application of CRM, data, technology and eCommerce.
Richard is a very experienced marketing technologist with a fantastic grasp of how to deliver improved ROI through smarter deployment of relevant advertising and marketing technology.

Oliver started his career at ZenithOptimedia in 2008 where he gained an invaluable grounding in digital media and advertising technology. Oliver worked in the Digital Trading team where he became responsible for negotiating with relevant media and technology partners, managing the agency deal book & supporting the establishment of the agency trading desk.

In 2014 he joined IPG, moving into an international client accountability role where he worked across several major advertisers, developing digital measurement methodologies & ensuring agency commitments were being delivered.

In 2016, Oliver joined MediaSense and Stack I/O as an Account Director where he continues to work on specific digital projects alongside his media governance responsibilities.

Sasha brings over 16 years of Digital Experience, having been an early member of Fairfax Digital in Australia where he helped design and implement their display strategy. Sasha has worked extensively across many publishers and clients direct globally, heading up large sales teams, developing market leading strategies and products.

Moving on to consulting, Sasha has been assisting Publishers and Brands direct in navigating the Adtech landscape, ensuring all solutions are fit for purpose, customised to relevant use cases and provide effective ROI. Sasha has extensive expertise in the Publisher space and the unique challenges and opportunities encountered by this client set.

As a founding member of Transparent Media Partners, Bryan focuses on helping brands navigate the complex advertising technology landscape. Bryan was previously Senior Vice President of the Technology and Activation Group at Starcom. He led programmatic implementation and measurement for more than 30 of the agency’s clients. Additionally, Bryan led digital media buying at Digitas and played a key role in developing the Accuen trading desk for Omnicom. He also spent six years in the marketing department at FedEx, overseeing all aspects of digital marketing.

She has led data enablement, communications planning and media buying for leading brands that include Procter & Gamble, BlackBerry, U.S. Cellular and Jackson Hewitt. Prior to joining Transparent, Stephanie was Senior Vice President at Starcom MediaVest Group, where she oversaw reviews and negotiations with global technology platforms for the media agency’s entire network as part of the Digital Center of Excellence team. Stephanie began her career at Performics, where she designed optimization products that focused on SEO, user experience and content management
